User Guide

Time Setting
- Press the button once: The watch displays the time.
- Long press: Enter the time setting mode.
- Short press: Change the value.
- Long press: Confirm the setting and move to the next.
- Adjustment order: 12/24-hour format → Hours → Minutes.
Battery Check
- Press the button twice: Displays the remaining battery.
Alarm Setting
- Press the button three times: Displays “AL”.
- Long press: Enter alarm settings (up to 16 alarms).
- Short press: Change the value.
- Long press: Confirm and move to the next setting.
- “–” = Alarm off, “ON” = Alarm on.
Music Mode
- Press the button four times: Displays music mode.
- Long press: Enter settings.
- Short press: Switch between options.
- Long press: Confirm selection.
- Options:
  - EF-1 = Melody
  - EF-2 = Vibration
Countdown Timer
- When the display is off, long press the button to enter timer mode.
- Short press: Choose timer duration (30 min / 45 min / 60 min / 90 min / 2 h / 3 h).
- Long press: Start the timer.
- During countdown: Press the button (with display off) to check remaining time.
- Long press when “CD OF” is displayed to stop the timer.
